Complete inquiries are reviewed.
Monday is the designated inquiry-review day. Shay-Lin may reply earlier when possible. Missing details or a follow-up question can move the next step beyond this rhythm.
- Monday–Tuesday
Accepted requests receive a clear next step.
An accepted, purchase-ready request with all required details will generally receive an invoice, exact payment instructions, or another clear next step during this window.
- Wednesday · 4:00 PM AST
Payment-verification target.
For an eligible ready item, payment verified in the official provider account by 4:00 PM St. Thomas time may qualify for the week’s delivery target. A screenshot or app alert is not final verification.
- Wednesday–Thursday
Ready digital delivery target.
This target applies only to a genuinely released digital item that is ready to deliver through its approved protected pathway. It is a target, not a guaranteed delivery date.
