The certificate carries a dollar value rather than locking the recipient into one service, making it easier to choose the experience that fits when they are ready.
Share the amount, purchaser and recipient details, delivery preference, and an optional message. If the request is accepted, Shay-Lin sends the exact approved payment step privately. The certificate is issued only after payment is independently verified.
After payment is confirmed, a digital certificate is issued with a unique number in the format HTGC-YYYY-XXXXXX.
The recipient provides the certificate number when requesting an appointment. Its available value is verified before booking.
How the dollar value is used
Every paid dollar remains trackable. Larger remaining balances receive an updated certificate; smaller balances stay safely connected to the original number.
Use the available dollar value toward any eligible HealingTouch massage service currently offered.
If the chosen experience costs more than the certificate value, the recipient pays the difference.
No paid balance is forfeited after a partial redemption.
If $150 or more remains, an updated digital certificate is issued showing the new available balance.
If less than $150 remains, the balance stays connected to the original certificate number for a future eligible service.
Gift certificates do not expire and may be transferred to another recipient.
Appointment dates are reviewed and confirmed separately when the certificate is redeemed.
Gratuity and travel or transportation fees are not included unless the certificate specifically says otherwise.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where applicable law requires it.
