If a request is accepted, Shay-Lin sends the exact amount, purpose, terms, private reference, and currently authorized payment method in writing. Available books continue through their verified purchase path.
Accepted-request payments

- 1Wait for written approval.
Saving an item, adding something to an inquiry list, sending a form, or asking a question does not authorize payment. Pay only after the current request has been accepted and the exact payment instructions are provided in writing.
- 2Match every detail.
Confirm the method, recipient, exact amount, purpose, reference, and terms before sending anything. For HealingTouch, the accepted-request message includes the Booking Total, required 50% deposit, and Booking ID. If any detail differs from the current written message, stop and reply to the official conversation.
- 3Send once, then wait for verification.
After sending, reply in the same official conversation with the payment method, amount, date, time, and provider transaction reference. Do not use a screenshot as proof. Payment remains verification pending until it is confirmed in the official recipient account. Do not resend while verification is pending.
Payment and a receipt do not by themselves finish booking or fulfillment. Payment sent does not equal payment verified. Payment verified does not by itself equal appointment confirmation, order acceptance, production start, delivery, or fulfillment. Wait for the applicable written confirmation.
Current HealingTouch payment method types may include Venmo, Cash App, and ATH / ATH Móvil. The receiving account, handle, or phone number is provided privately in the accepted-request message. Do not use a public, old, or assumed recipient detail.
A screenshot or payment-app notification is not final verification. Keep diagnoses, health details, passwords, and card information out of payment notes.
Eligibility and fulfillment details
The payment destination is private and request-specific. HealingTouch does not publish standing payment handles as instructions. Available books continue through their verified purchase path. Unreleased self-care products cannot be paid for.
Massage is booked only by final appointment confirmation; apparel production begins only after the approved proof, quote, terms, and verified deposit; a gift certificate is issued only after verified payment; website work begins under its approved written scope.

A device-saved selection is for your convenience. It is not a received request, approval, order, reservation, or payment.

Send an inquiry when you are ready.
A complete inquiry may be sent any day. Requests are monitored regularly and reviewed as promptly as reasonably practical based on what the request requires.

Wait for the exact next step.
If a request can be accepted, the applicable price, terms, payment instructions, or other next step are sent in writing.

Keep states separate.
Available purchases, review-first inquiries, coming-soon interests, and saved-for-later items must remain visibly distinct. A future item cannot enter a payable total or imply preorder unless a real preorder exists.
