The first-party HealingTouch by ShayDaGoddess appointment request form may collect the scheduling, contact, island, service-location, service-choice, guest-count, referral, youth-safeguard, safety-review, and access or communication details needed to review a possible appointment. Those details are stored privately in this website’s database. The form does not ask for payment or card credentials, diagnoses, or detailed medical history, and submission does not create marketing consent. Do not enter those details in an optional notes field.

The exclusive apparel form and professional opportunity helper create a request summary on your device. This website does not save those form answers or submit the summary to SHAYDAGODDESS™. Your device, clipboard service, and email provider handle any summary you choose to copy or prepare under their own settings. An emailed request is handled as ordinary business correspondence and does not subscribe you to marketing.

The professional-network interest form works the same way: it prepares a structured summary on your device and does not store or submit the answers through this website. The form accepts no document or image uploads. Nothing reaches Shay-Lin unless you open or copy the summary, review it, and choose Send through your email provider. A professional-interest email begins private review only; it does not create a public profile, listing, partnership, booking, compensation agreement, category reservation, endorsement, or marketing subscription.

The first-party review form may collect experience category, rating, written feedback, improvement suggestions, display preference, optional email, publication consent, and private-contact consent.

The saved-books list stores only eligible unreleased book IDs, and the separate inquiry list stores only approved inquiry item IDs, in this browser’s local storage so selections can remain on the device. A purchase-ready book goes directly to its exact verified storefront page instead of entering this list. A stored ID is not proof that a work is released, available, ordered, reserved, or paid for. These device-local lists do not contain your email, request answers, payment details, or a price supplied by another website.

A purchase completed through the separate SHAYDAGODDESS™ Fourthwall storefront is handled on Fourthwall rather than through this website cart. Fourthwall collects and processes the information requested at its checkout and the related order, payment, tax, delivery, security, and technical information described in its own privacy materials. SHAYDAGODDESS™ may receive the order and contact details, item information, payment and delivery status, support correspondence, and other records Fourthwall makes available to fulfill the purchase, provide support, reconcile proceeds, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations. SHAYDAGODDESS™ does not receive or store the buyer’s full card number through the website.

Accessibility and comfort choices—such as text size, easier-to-read type, spacing, contrast, reduced motion, calmer visuals, and optional pause reminders—are stored only in this browser so the website can remember them. A session-only marker may note that a chosen pause reminder already appeared during the current visit. These device settings are not a diagnosis, profile, or marketing record and can be changed or reset through the Accessibility panel or browser controls.

If you dismiss a temporary new-release announcement, this browser may store only that release identifier so the same notice does not intrusively reopen on this device. The marker contains no email address, profile, purchase, or reading history and can be removed through browser storage controls.

To help prevent automated abuse of first-party appointment and notification forms, the website may derive a short-lived pseudonymous hashed connection fingerprint from limited request metadata. The rate-limit record contains that hash, a request count, and an expiry timestamp; the underlying connection value is not stored in the record. It is used only to enforce request limits, is not used for marketing, and expired records are removed through deterministic cleanup during later requests. Hashing is pseudonymization rather than a promise of complete anonymity, so this technical record is protected accordingly.

02 · How information is used

Information supports the purpose for which it was provided.

Submitted information may be used to review and respond to requests, identify a documented referral source, shape an apparel design brief, prepare a quote or next step, coordinate an eligible service, verify or redeem a gift certificate, answer a question, evaluate a partnership or professional-network fit, request appropriate verification through a separate private step, administer any separately approved written business terms, moderate feedback, improve the website and services, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and address safety, fraud, or legal obligations. Device-local cart and inquiry IDs are used only to show those pathways on this device. A release-notification email and its selected book IDs are used only for the item-specific availability request you made. A separate website checkout-opening notification email is used only for that one-time readiness request and is not combined with your device-saved selections.

Appointment-request information is used only to review and respond to the request, coordinate a possible service, address the stated safeguard or access needs, and maintain records that are reasonably necessary for operations, safety, or legal obligations. It is not used for marketing. An on-screen submission receipt or reference—and any operational alert sent to the bookings inbox—only shows that the request was received by the system. 03 · Release notifications, checkout notices, and subscriptions

Each optional email pathway remains separate.

The website cart offers an optional, first-party request for an email when a selected established book is genuinely ready for approved checkout and protected delivery. Consent is specific to the selected books and does not create an order, charge, reservation, or general marketing subscription.

The separate website checkout-opening request is limited to one notice when a verified website checkout genuinely opens. It does not request a selected-title release notice and does not transfer your local cart or inquiry list.

Selecting a general subscription button takes you to the official SHAYDAGODDESS™ Gumroad page. Gumroad’s privacy, account, and unsubscribe processes apply to information submitted there. General subscription remains optional and separate from the cart, booking, purchasing, community participation, and access to public website information.

04 · Experience check-ins and publication choices

You decide whether feedback may be considered for display.

Review submissions are stored in the website’s private database and begin in a pending moderation state. Choosing “private only” keeps the submission out of the public archive. Choosing “may publish” allows consideration for public display after privacy, relevance, safety, and authenticity review; it does not guarantee publication.

If an ethical follow-up system is activated, a private care check-in or optional feedback invitation may be offered only after a completed experience and when contact permission makes it appropriate. Timing follows care, context, consent, and the person’s readiness rather than a default public-review countdown. A booking request alone is not a completed service. No positive response is required, no incentive is tied to praise, and essential transaction, appointment, or support communication remains separate.

If published, only the chosen display name, relevant experience details, rating when provided, written feedback, and an accurate verification label when substantiated may be shown. Private email and correspondence remain excluded.

05 · Connected services and outside websites

The appointment form is first-party; some other pathways use independent services.

The appointment request form is provided directly by this website, and its submissions are stored privately in the site database. When configured, a transactional email provider may process the request details needed to deliver an operational alert to the HealingTouch bookings inbox. That provider’s privacy, security, and delivery terms apply to the alert. The alert is not a marketing subscription and does not confirm the appointment.

General subscription buttons direct to Gumroad. Verified book-purchase buttons may direct to the exact Fourthwall product page named on this website. Eligible unreleased books may be saved locally on this device; that list is not a purchase. The site also links to Google Business Profile, Facebook, YouTube, and independent partner websites.

The separate SHAYDAGODDESS™ Fourthwall storefront may provide an active external product listing, checkout, order confirmation, digital-file delivery, and order-support pathway. Fourthwall’s privacy, security, payment, tax, and platform terms apply to information handled there. A Fourthwall purchase is not a website appointment request, pre-launch-cart selection, release-notification request, or general-marketing subscription. Buying does not authorize SHAYDAGODDESS™ to add the buyer to unrelated marketing.

No payment information is collected through the current website cart or inquiry list. Some accepted services, gift certificates, and ready-to-fulfill custom orders may use an outside payment provider after written approval. The authorized method and recipient are supplied privately for that specific request. The public site does not publish standing recipient details as payment instructions. The website does not collect a payer’s account credentials, bank-login details, full card information, or payment screenshot. Business correspondence and a private receipt register may retain the minimal request reference, method, amount, date, verification, receipt, balance, and status information reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

When you open or submit information through an outside service, that provider’s privacy and security terms also apply. Review the provider’s terms before sharing information you consider sensitive.

06 · Retention and protection

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed.

Appointment-request records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review, respond, coordinate the possible service, maintain necessary operational or safety records, resolve a concern, or meet a legal obligation. You may request correction or deletion as described below, subject to any continuing legal, accounting, safety, or fraud-prevention need.

Other information may be retained while a service, certificate balance, digital order or delivery, review, release-notification or checkout-opening interest, professional relationship, accounting need, safety concern, or legal obligation remains active. Cart and inquiry selections remain in this browser until you remove them, clear the applicable list, clear browser storage, or the device removes them. Notification records remain only while needed to honor the specific request, document consent, address suppression or removal, or meet a legitimate legal or security obligation. Short-lived rate-limit records expire according to their stored expiry timestamp and are removed through the cleanup process described above. Fourthwall and Gumroad control retention for information submitted through their platforms under their own policies. SHAYDAGODDESS™ retains only the platform records and business documentation reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

07 · Your choices

Ask, correct, or request deletion.

You may ask what information was submitted directly, correct inaccurate information, withdraw optional contact permission, request that unpublished feedback remain private, or request deletion when retention is no longer necessary and no legal, accounting, safety, or fraud-prevention obligation requires it.

You can remove a book from the cart or remove an inquiry from its separate list. Earlier book selections may remain after release status changes, so the current status shown on the website governs. These selections use browser storage for convenience, while public information remains available with or without them.

To remove or change a website book-release or checkout-opening notification request, email a privacy request with the address used and, for a book request, the selected title. An automated removal or preference pathway will be added before any outgoing notification is activated. If you subscribed through Gumroad, use the unsubscribe or preference pathway provided by Gumroad.

For a Fourthwall order, use the support pathway connected to that order when possible so the correct purchase can be located without sending card details. You may also contact SHAYDAGODDESS™ with the item name and a privacy-minimized description of the issue. Fourthwall separately controls requests concerning information it holds under its own privacy process.
