Availability, future releases, collaborations, and services are represented according to their current stated status and may change.

02 · Dignity, welcome, and conduct

Welcome is supported by respectful conduct.

This website is designed to be explored by people with different cultures, nationalities, races, bodies, abilities, ages, beliefs, gender identities, communication styles, education, resources, and life experiences. No visitor has to fit one image of who belongs here.

Use this website, its forms, review pathways, contact information, communities, and connected services with respect for dignity, privacy, consent, law, and professional boundaries. Access, submissions, requests, or services may be moderated or ended when those standards cannot be maintained.

03 · Wellness information

Wellness information supports informed choices.

Wellness descriptions are educational and informational. Energy-Aware Care is an approach woven through the licensed massage experience, not a separate medical or energy service. Any energy-aware element is optional, requires affirmative consent, and remains separate from diagnosis, mental-health treatment, emergency service, or care from a qualified healthcare professional.

04 · Requests and pricing

Requests become confirmed through clear next steps.

Submitting the first-party appointment request form begins a review without creating a charge, reservation, or confirmed appointment. An on-screen receipt or reference, and any automated operational alert sent to the bookings inbox, only acknowledge technical submission; they are not acceptance or confirmation. Details, price, responsibilities, and any applicable terms are shared before confirmation. Published core table-massage prices apply as described; travel, special locations, events, or additional professional support may cost extra.

You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful request information and for sharing another guest’s, referral contact’s, parent’s, guardian’s, or accompanying adult’s details only when you are authorized to do so. Do not submit payment or card credentials, diagnoses, or detailed medical history through the appointment request form. Any necessary private intake or safety follow-up is handled separately.

After a HealingTouch request is accepted, HealingTouch sends the Booking Total, required 50% deposit, Booking ID, payment method, and applicable terms. The 50% deposit is based on the accepted Booking Total, including mandatory charges and excluding voluntary gratuity. The time is held only after the deposit is verified against the Booking ID; payment alone does not confirm an appointment. A separate confirmation message makes it official. The remaining balance is due after service unless approved written invoicing terms apply to a verified organization. The requested time is practitioner arrival and setup, not the hands-on massage start.

At least 24 hours’ notice is preferred for cancellation or rescheduling; shorter-notice changes may result in the deposit being retained. An off-island traveler who booked before arriving on the service island may cancel before that arrival for a deposit refund; after arrival, the standard 24-hour policy applies. Emergencies, illness, travel disruption, and unusual circumstances are reviewed with reasonable discretion. A no-show may lose the deposit and require a new deposit before another time is held. If HealingTouch cancels, the client may reschedule or receive a refund of the amount paid for the unavailable service. For private table massage serving one to four guests, gratuity is voluntary and 20% is a preferred starting point. PAUSE IN MOTION™ chair massage, event wellness, and table-massage bookings for five or more guests include a mandatory 20% service charge on the applicable subtotal; additional gratuity remains optional. Appointment-specific written terms govern the confirmed arrangement.

Website creation, website revamp, maintenance, and visibility descriptions are public starting points rather than automatic project scopes. Deliverables, revision limits, ownership and handoff, timeline, access, third-party costs, payment terms, and exclusions must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

A professional-network interest form prepares an email for private review and does not itself submit information to the website. Sending the email creates no profile, listing, partnership, collaboration, booking, compensation agreement, category reservation, endorsement, paid visibility, or permission to collect payment. Identity, qualifications, lawful scope, insurance where relevant, sanitation and safety, location authority, availability, consent, public materials, disclosure, price, term, responsibilities, and any other applicable business terms require separate verification and written approval before activation or publication.

A made-to-order apparel request begins a personal creative conversation. Production begins only after the specific Women’s, Men’s, or Unisex fit(s), shirt, rash guard, or dress, approved design proof, spelling, sizes, colors, quantity, availability, final price, estimated timing, shipping, return or exchange terms, and written confirmation are settled. Once those quote, proof, and terms are approved, a 50% deposit begins production; the remaining-balance timing is stated in the confirmed order. Available fiber content, garment measurements, fit guidance, tag and seam details, sensory-feel information when it can be reasonably assessed, and care instructions are shared before purchase.

“Exclusive,” “made with you in mind,” “personally varied,” “open edition,” “limited edition,” and “one of one” are different descriptions and are defined accurately for each confirmed apparel request. One of one applies only when the written edition quantity is one. A broader theme family may continue through new original designs unless the written order says otherwise. Purchasing a garment does not automatically transfer copyright, source files, or rights to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, or commercially sell copies. Any broader rights transfer requires a separate written agreement. Submitted names, wording, logos, images, or other material must be lawful and authorized; protected material may be declined.

A self-care product shown as in development is not a purchase, preorder, reservation, deposit, health consultation, or custom-formula order. A product becomes purchasable only when its release state, required product information, price, availability, fulfillment terms, and active purchase path are verified.

If curated presentation or a set is later offered, it uses only released products and approved options. Required product labels, directions, warnings, and safety information are not changed or improvised around an individual request.

04A · Weekly response targets

Requests are reviewed according to the actual request—not a standing weekly batch.

Selections or complete inquiries may be saved or sent any day. Requests are monitored regularly and reviewed as promptly as reasonably practical based on timing, availability, scope, and the information needed to respond. If an eligible request is accepted, the exact next step, price or quote, applicable terms, and any authorized payment instructions are provided in writing. No instant or 24/7 response is promised.

Released digital purchases follow the delivery and support terms shown on their current verified purchase pathway. Massage, website services, apparel, custom work, partnerships, and other scheduled or quoted pathways receive individual timelines.

04B · Fourthwall digital purchases

A Fourthwall order is separate from the pre-launch saved-book list.

SHAYDAGODDESS™ may offer active digital books through its separate Fourthwall storefront while the website’s own first-party checkout remains closed. A purchase completed on Fourthwall is a real external order governed by the exact product description, price, digital-delivery information, customer license included with the files, applicable Fourthwall checkout and platform terms, and applicable law. It is not a website cart selection, appointment request, reservation, or general-marketing signup.

A purchased reader package is licensed for the buyer’s personal use unless the specific product states otherwise. The buyer may use the included PDF and EPUB on their own compatible devices and reading applications, but may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, upload, or share the files with others except as applicable law permits.

If an expected digital package is missing, inaccessible, corrupt, incomplete, or the wrong file, use the order-support pathway connected to the Fourthwall purchase and describe the problem without sending full card or bank information. SHAYDAGODDESS™ will review the actual delivery record and provide reasonable access support or another appropriate remedy based on the verified issue, the specific order terms, Fourthwall’s controls, and applicable law. Duplicate or unauthorized-charge concerns should be reported promptly through the provider’s order-support process. This support language does not promise an automatic refund and does not remove any remedy that applicable law requires.

05 · Gift certificates

Paid value remains trackable after partial use.

Gift certificates carry a dollar value and become active only after payment is confirmed and a unique certificate number is issued. If a service costs more than the available value, the difference is due. No paid balance is forfeited after partial redemption: when $150 or more remains, an updated digital certificate is issued; when less than $150 remains, the credit stays connected to the original certificate number. Using a certificate still begins with an appointment request. Shay-Lin must confirm availability, safety, location, travel details, and any extra costs before the appointment is booked.

06 · Reviews and submissions

Submit only genuine, relevant, lawful content.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not impersonate another person, disclose private information, include unlawful or threatening material, or submit content about an experience you did not have. Publication consent allows moderation and possible display; it does not guarantee publication.

You retain the meaning of your submission. If you allow publication, you grant permission to display the approved submission on this website with the name choice you selected and to make privacy-preserving formatting corrections that do not change its meaning.

07 · Books, resources, and ownership

Creator source, attribution, and intellectual property

Do not impersonate Shay-Lin Smith or falsely represent her authorship, endorsement, affiliation or consent. This includes deceptive uses of her name, likeness, photographs, voice or personal story through AI-generated media, deepfakes, avatars or voice clones. These boundaries apply within applicable law and preserve lawful independent expression, commentary, criticism, accessibility and other permitted uses. SHAYDAGODDESS™ protects its original writing, branded expression, artwork, trademarks, files, and other protectable material. Ethical source use and legal ownership are related but not identical. Inspiration, general ideas, themes, methods, or ordinary similarity are not automatically owned simply because they were encountered here.

Unless a resource states otherwise, original website writing, page arrangements, branded expression, books, artwork, graphics, photographs, downloads, creative work, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied, republished, resold, scraped in substantial part, removed from their attribution, or presented as someone else’s work without written permission.

Substantial SHAYDAGODDESS™ content may not be uploaded into a generative-AI system, dataset, template service, website generator, or other automated tool for the purpose of reproducing, closely imitating, transforming, commercializing, or creating a substitute for the protected expression, site, book, resource, or branded presentation without written permission. This restriction concerns protected expression and materials; it does not claim ownership of general ideas, facts, methods, themes, or an artistic style standing alone.

Limited quotations, commentary, criticism, teaching, research, accessibility uses, and other lawful uses remain governed by applicable law. Purchased or downloaded resources are also subject to the terms shown with that specific offering.

08 · Release notifications, checkout notices, and optional general news

Each optional email pathway remains separate.

A visitor may explicitly request an item-specific email when a selected established book is genuinely ready for approved checkout and protected delivery. This website request stores the submitted email with the selected book IDs; it is not an order, charge, reservation, guarantee, or general marketing subscription. Separate general-news buttons direct to the official SHAYDAGODDESS™ Gumroad page, whose applicable subscription and unsubscribe terms govern information submitted there.

A visitor may separately request one email when a verified website checkout genuinely opens. That request does not upload device-saved selections, identify a desired product, request a selected-title release notice, create an order, reserve anything, authorize a charge, or join general marketing. Submitted notification addresses are treated as unverified. No outgoing book-release or website checkout-opening notice will be activated until address-ownership confirmation, a clear removal or preference pathway, the authorized sender, and the specific consent boundary are implemented and tested.

“First access” means receiving release news or a clearly described first-access opportunity when one genuinely exists. A temporary release announcement identifies truthful availability and links to the canonical book page, where the verified price, status, and access details govern. Made-to-order apparel follows the details confirmed for the specific order.

Future self-care products will be introduced with ingredients, fragrance details, known allergen information, applicable cross-contact information, directions, relevant care guidance, pricing, fulfillment, and a clearly published purchase pathway. Product descriptions remain connected to verified features and intended use. “Natural” does not mean safe or suitable for every person, and it is not used as a substitute for complete ingredient and care information.

09 · Saved books and checkout boundaries

Saved books stay separate from verified storefront checkout.

The saved-book list recognizes only established book IDs. Earlier selections may remain on a device while release status changes, but each title’s current published status always governs. Review-first services and custom work remain in a separate inquiry list. External links cannot set or change a published price or release status.

Saving an eligible unreleased book stores only a device-local selection and does not collect payment, create an order, prove release, reserve a product, or promise delivery. A separate, explicit release-notification request may store an email with selected book IDs for that limited purpose. A website checkout-opening request may store an email for that separate limited purpose without uploading the device-local selections. A clearly labeled checkout and protected-delivery pathway appears only after the exact title passes its shared verification gate. Massage remains request-based and separate from ordinary product checkout.

Plus-sign actions for services, custom work, gifts, future products, and connections save a review-first inquiry only. They never create approval, a price, an order, or permission to pay. If an eligible request is accepted, the exact amount, purpose, terms, private reference, and currently authorized payment method are sent in writing. Match every detail, send once, and wait for verification in the official recipient account. Standing recipient handles are not published as payment instructions. Payment is treated as verified only after the transaction is independently matched in the official provider account and a SHAYDAGODDESS™ receipt is issued.

10 · External services and partners

Independent providers control their own services.

Google, Facebook, YouTube, Fourthwall, Gumroad, VI 2 THE BONE, and other linked providers operate independently. Their current availability, prices, policies, privacy practices, assignments, and service delivery are controlled by them. A link or disclosed connection does not create a guarantee beyond what is confirmed directly.

HealingTouch referral contacts remain independent and nonexclusive unless separately agreed. After written approval and setup, a partner may use the assigned link or code, or make a permissioned introduction and actively coordinate a booking. The simple path is 11% of eligible base massage; active coordination is 11% of the full eligible amount coordinated, including partner-coordinated paid enhancements. Tips are excluded, and compensation is earned only after the qualifying service is completed and paid. The public terms do not activate a partnership or booking authority; attribution, exclusions, administration, professional ethics, employer policy, fee restrictions, and applicable law remain governed by the approved written terms.

These terms may be updated as the ecosystem and its processes develop. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date shown above. Appointment-specific written terms remain separate and govern the confirmed appointment.
